Dissolve 50gr of the mixture (2 filled spoons) in 400ml of vegetal drink, water or juice and drink it in small sips as a supplement of the diet.

It includes a dosing spoon.

Horrible

Si esperan un batido sabor duras del bosque, este no es el suyo, no tiene ni el minimo sabor a fruta. Para mi un engaño, mas vale que pongan sabor soja/guisante. Muy decepcionada ni recomiendo ni repetiré.

La verdad es que estoy encantado, no solo con este producto, también con el resto de los batidos pero este es el que más me gusta. Me gusta no solo por el hecho de sustituir una comida, sino también por que veo que me sacia por toda la noche que es cuando lo uso y sobre todo lo consumo por que cuando llego de mi trabajo a altas horas de la noche no me apetece cocinar, ni comer nada que me lleve tiempo comerlo, pues lo que tengo ganas es de acostarme.
Entonces este producto me permite ahorrar tiempo, dinero gano en salud, y también noto que no voy muy empachado a cama.... Un saludo.....
