SHIPPING CONDITIONS

If you are an individual customer, please contact your usual distributor or, failing that, the nearest distributor to your area to place your order.
If you place your order through the website and want us to send it to your home, there is no minimum order (excluding shipping costs). You will also receive a gift with your order valued higher than the shipping costs. When registering, you must enter the recommendation or promotion code provided by the person who told you about Exialoe.
It is not allowed for a customer's order to be shared with another(s) order(s). You cannot choose "pick up in store" as the carrier in the order.

Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card.

Spanish Peninsula:
For orders over €59, shipping is free; for lower amounts, an additional €5.90 will be added to cover shipping costs. The order is delivered by express transport within 1-2 business days from receipt of the order. The €59 excludes products from the "Various" category.
Baleares and Portugal:
For orders over €79, shipping is free; for lower amounts, an additional €6.90 will be added to cover shipping costs. The order is delivered by express transport within 2-3 business days from receipt of the order. The €79 excludes products from the "Various" category.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla:
Shipments are made on Thursdays by maritime transport with home delivery. You will receive the package within seven to ten business days from receipt of the order. (We recommend placing the order from Monday to Wednesday).
Shipping is free for orders over €100. The €100 excludes products from the "Various" category.
For orders below this amount, there will be a charge of €25 on the invoice to help with shipping costs**.
The company pays the rest of the shipping costs, expenses, and export customs.
The Canarian Indirect General Tax (IGIC), expenses, and import customs are borne by the customer.

France and Benelux:
Shipments are made by the TNT transport agency with home delivery. You will receive the package within four to five business days from receipt of the order.
The p.v.p. increases approximately 16% over the prices in the Spanish peninsula.
Shipping is free for orders over €110. For orders below this amount, there will be a charge of €20 on the invoice to help with shipping costs**.
The €110 excludes products from the "Various" category.

Germany, Austria, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland:
